Clip in wrong aspect ratio

My friend filmed something on 16:9 SD and then gave me the tape to film something later. I filmed it on 4:3 SD, though I didn't leave enough room between the two, so the latter was squeezed to 16:9 during Capture Now in FCP.

How can I stretch it back to 4:3?
