Quicktime Issues?

Hi,

I am playing .avi files and Quicktime closes itself randomly every time I play the files. I've tried playing different files and it still does the same. Any ideas
? Thanks

Have you downloaded any codecs that allow avi files to play in Quicktime, such as Perian?

You could use VLC to play these files instead, too. I find it's very capable in playing avi stuff. :)

VLC is soooo much better than QT. Thank you so much!
