Guys, I just restored my macbook from a time machine backup.
I then coppied many files from my windows pc over the network. And I ran time machine to make sure those new files get backed up.
After some 20 minutes of getting the backup ready, time machine started the procedure. The thing is it has been more than 40 minutes now and I only have 2mb transfered to my lacie firewire HD.
The lacie hd is not heavily fragmented, its actually a new drive.
What might be happening ?
