Problems downloading podcasts

I am having problems downloading podcasts. I get an error message about the url not being found on the server. I get these messages on different podcasts which make me think it's a problem on my end. is anyone else having this same issue? is there something i can do to fix this?

I have no problems with loading podcasts. I have another problem - everytime I run iTunes podcasts start loading automatically, but I don't want it - how to stop?

Unsubscribe from them. Button is bottom left hand corner in your list of podcasts.
