I recently watched this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCGugSXkZw8) and I loved the music after the 5 minute mark. What kind of artist, do you know, sounds like this? Thanks.

You'd probably be wanting to look into drum n bass or breaks. I can't really suggest many bands/artists seeing as how I'm not really into either genre, but Panacea (not the rapper), Squarepusher, and some Aphex Twin might be along the lines of what you're looking for.

I think you'll enjoy drum and bass. Write this in youtube and you'll find a lot of interesting for you. For example, I like this composition (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=OVesJ1b5RN0).

While all of the music of the band I am about to mention does not necessarily fit this style, it did remind me of a video set to the music of Autechre.
Autechre - Dropp (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=hWGUnrIiOoI)
It also reminded me of another video/song, though the music to this is, well a bit less dance-like (in the standard sense): Autechre - Gantz Graf (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=s4ZwTUUue1w)

It's a bit too "digital" for breaks, but drum'n'bass (or drill & bass even) is the direction to go. Aphex Twin has some tunes of the same sound. Autechre come to mind as well, although their stuff is a bit too... weird.

Thanks for the recommendations! Autechre is a little off the wall for me, but I really do love the videos! Very excited about this. I just ordered a CD from Amazon called Drum&BassArena (http://www.amazon.com/Drum-Bass-Arena-Andy-C/dp/B000NPCMV2/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1204828765&sr=8-2) . It sounds similar to the music I attempt to make so it sounds good to me. :)

Try beatport, they have an amazing selection of electronic music in every genre. Best part, you can purchase per track and the previews are a nice length.
Give the Goldie tracks (on beatport) and DJ Rap's Bulletproof (not on beatport) a listen. Good luck!
