Parallel PCIe card for Mac Pro

I need to do some development work under Windows XP which involves connecting to a device using a parallel cable, therefore I need a PCIe card with a parallel port. I have found these, does anyone know of any reason why it wouldn't work on a Mac Pro (sounds a bit like a wedding that).
