I've heard and read the Show is better, the demo is pretty awesome and the new right stick pitching thing in 2K8 seems lame.

However, download the demos and find out!

I haven't played either yet, but I have 2k7 and I have to say it is a pretty good game. The only thing that is stupid about it is how easy you can hit home runs. After a while it just gets stupid to play, so hopefully they fixed that.

I just walked in the house with The Show, but my wife is camped out in front of the TV...:mad:

Played my first game (and lost), it's pretty awesome! Graphics are top notch, gameplay is great, etc....well worth the purchase!

2K7 was unplayable! That game was absolutely horrible. The resell value proved that. Madden 07 for the PSP sold for more than 2k7 for the PS3. And that was when there was a newer version of Madden.

yeah i went out and bought The Show last night and it's a good game. I suck at batting though. Any tips would be appreciated.

i just got The Show tonight. i had the last 2 versions for the PSP, and this year i got the PS3 version.

A dumb question... I just downloaded the demo for The Show. I can't seem to figure out of to place my pitches. Anyone care to give me a quick tutorial? Maybe a quick guide to batting aswell.
