Cd covers on desktop?

I have seen many people post screen shots of their desktops with, what appear to be CD covers, shown.

How do you add them onto the desktop? If indeed they are CD covers.
 
I think what you're seeing is people running CoverSutra. It was included in the latest MacHeist bundle and it will display the Cover Art of whatever is playing in iTunes
 
CoverSutra, part of the last MacHeist, and might be bought cheaply in the Marketplace forum somewhere, is one way to go... 🙂
