I know Kingston makes good memory, what I have always used in most computers, but this G.Skill ram had a lot of good reviews on newegg as well....

The G.Skill is 10 bucks cheaper, which doesn't matter too much to me, but does anyone think G.Skill is better than Kingston memory?

Go with the cheaper memory. In this case, that's Gskill.

I've used both. Can't tell the difference. That said, I'd go with cheapest between the two.

I use G.Skill and it works perfectly. All RAM is pretty much the same, so just go with whatever is the cheapest.

I might go pick up some of that crucial or patriot ram at frys this weekend instead, which one would you get?

I've had no problems with G.Skil or Patriot.

I've worked in IT for over 8 years, so I have installed ram from all three companies and I have never had an issue with any of those companies. Like someone else said go with the cheapest one you can find. Hold onto your original Apple ram in case you ever have to send your machine in for repair as Apple has a habit of planning problems on 3rd party memory.

True that, all "cheap" ram are the same, just go for the cheapest one you can get your hands on.

I bought Crucial for my MBP and happy with it, many of my friends have bought Muskin it works, Kingston is good as well "with a lifetime warranty". I had as Kingston stick go bad on my PC they replaced it without question.
