Yup... looks like poser alright... cheap and cheerful...
Find model on warez site, import into Poser, pull the rig around, set a few lights, hit render and for the finishing touch add the vaseline lens effect in PS... Bottom of the barrel of 3d "art".

;)

According to the site, it's rendered in Daz (http://www.daz3d.com/).

Yes, that particular image was done using all free software. Here is the link (http://www.daz3d.com/i.x/software/studio/ee1dhv4cv4flh4u2sdedk54o67/download?) to download DAZ 2.0 for Mac/PC. Scroll down a bit to see the download links.

The other program is Gimp, and here (http://www.gimp.org/macintosh/) is the link to get that program for Mac. Good luck. :)
