Some of you may know about a website called Howardforums. It is a MASSIVE forum for tech-lovers, especially mobile gadgets and devices. A company called MobiTV is threatening to shut them down for a ridicolous reason.
They are taking legal action because there were instructions posted by a member on how to LINK directly to their OPEN URL to watch/stream TV on mobile devices.
This is like arresting people for watching a movie shown on a drive-in. MobiTV's site has NO security, and no protection, and they are threatening to shut down HowardForums for posting public info.
