Can't download any packages from installer

Anyone else having this problem right now? Whenever I try to download a package using installer, it starts to download, makes no progress, and then gives me this error:

package download failed: timed out!

I've tried downloading packages from several different sources to no avail. My installer app is updated (version 3.01). Any ideas? Help please?

ok nm, now its working, guess it was a problem on the server end.

i keep getting this error no matter what I do. I installed the community sources than i tried installing the summerboard but it always gives me this same error. Any suggestions?
