Iphone with ZiPhone Help required Urgent

Hi guys,
I got an iPhone with BL 4.6 and firmware version 1.1.3 OTB
I intend to use ZiPhone 2.5 version to unlock jailbreak and activate it?
Will it be safe and should i go with it?
Wil it downgrade my BL to 3.9?And what possible problems will it incure?
ALso will it be possible for me to upgrade to the new firmware 1.1.4 that apple has recently launched after unlocking with ZiPhone?
