iPod touch Help syncing back to iTunes

Hello,

I reinstalled my mac mini with OS X 10.5 and I forgot to backup my itunes library. But my ipod touch has all the music, is there any way to resync my ipod touch with the itunes again?

Any way to retrieve my music from my ipod touch?
