when my mail downloads it has no contents sometimes and i have to on mac.com to read my messages. any help would be appreciated i have a macbook, that is less than a year old.

Safari gives me this error sometimes. The fix I use is to refresh the page. In Mail, the equivalent fix would be closing and restarting the program.
I'm assuming you're getting the "Document contains no data" error - this is almost always a weird internet glitch that occurs sometimes for everyone.

hi thanks for the quick response, there is no message just a blank message when i click on the line in the inbox. i tried quitting mail and it ws fine, cheers for that.

I've been experiencing this and other SERIOUS problems with MAIL since a recent Mac upgrade of a few weeks ago to Mail 2.1.3. This is not my imagination as I've used MAIL since v 1.1. If anyone has a phone number inside MAC let me know. - Scott Foster, Honolulu
