I wouldn't buy it... but I already own most of the Beatles' music.
As far as a box set goes, I believe that they did this with U2, but I do not know how well it sold. I don't think that this is a good idea, since anybody who wants to pay (likely more than 200 dollars) for every song made by the Beatles probably wouldn't do so if they didn't like the band. And if they like the band, they probably already have some, if not all of their music.
I hope Apple just sells it song by song with the option to buy albums.
Well... there are 12 Beatles Albums, (x9.99) which Is 119.88... So thats the most they'd give it for. I'm thinking they'd sell it for $99.99. That seems like a good price.
Will it be a physical 'box set' or just the contents?
For a actual physical box set I would pay more... but for the content only in the digital form,
I'd prefer to visit the local library (where there are books too) and to borrow it - it's free!
Then make a personal copy... 😀
Nothing, when I could download a much higher quality version for free, or simply buy all the albums right now on CD and put them in my CD player, on my computer, in my car.. and in much higher quality too. iTunes is a joke.
