View Full Version : Transparent menu bar in leopard possible on an ibook g4?

I remember reading somewhere that apple put support for a transparent menu bar up on top in the 10.5.2 update? i can't find this option anywhere? is this maybe not possible on an ibook?

If you can't do it in Desktop>Translucent Menu Bar it isn't possible, sorry.

This is totally possible, I am looking at the transparent menu bar on my iBook G4 as I type... :D

Haha, I totally lied! Its not an option in my System Preferences/Display. Wow! I didn't know this, Apple must have not added this functionality in their iBooks.

I think the last generation supports Core Image so can support it, but only Intel Macs can switch it off. See Solidifying the Menu Bar in Leopard if you want to switch it off.
