Buzzing noise with new macbook

I'm hearing a buzzing noise with my laptop, and my cpu is at 40 and fan speed is at 1798rpm. Is that normal? If not, how should i fix it?

Is that fan speed high?

When I open smcFanControl it tells me that the basic speed is 1800, so you are ok... I keep mine running at 2000; using smcFanControl.
