Ok i have an iMac and a MBP i just got. I finished registering both to .mac on the preferences>sync>advanced.
Now what exactly does this do and what is it?
-Merge all
-Replace with .Mac
-replace with computer
I am not near my computer so i think this is what it says.
Here's the point.
I have "sync with .Mac automatically" on BOTH my iMac and MBP. I have Calendar, Contacts, Widgets checked.
What i want.
Both to be the same for starting point (meaning contacts, calendar, widgets). NOW, if i make a change in my calendar i want it to show in my iMac. Not to add it as an additional event... Just replace.
Ex:
Wednesday 8am - 12pm soccer. iMac..... Now i'm on the road and decided that i'm not doing that SO on my MBP i do Wednesday 8am - 10am, and then add an event bowling from 11am - 4pm.
When i get home i want to be able to see on my iMac Wednesday 8am - 10am, 11am - 4pm bowling.
In other words to be exactly like like the CHanges i Made on my MBP. Now in order to do that i know on my imac it will give me option to merge all, etc... which one do i choose???
