Can I Charge my iPod in Mexico without an adapter?

Does anyone know if I can use my USB wall adapter in Mexico to charge my touch without any extra adapters... I'm scared to death of frying it...

They sell the exact same thing in Mexico... Of course it will work.

All Apple external power adapters can handle either 110/120 or 220/240 running at either 50Hz or 60Hz. The only x factor is the plug, but since Mexico (and most of Central America) use the Type A and Type B plugs common to the US, Canada, and Japan, you will be just fine.
