I wouldnt buy that ram, also doesnt seem to have heat sinks on them.
Buy from here, www.Transintl.com, I did and they work very well with no ecc errors and they use the same heatsink as apple.

Probably not...it does not show the heat sinks and does not state compatibility.

Absolutely not compatible.
That's unbuffered run of the mill DDR2
You need DDR2 ECC Fully-Buffered RAM with large heatsinks that is tested and guaranteed compatible with MacPro Jan 2008... none other.

thank u for all your help, have her full of gbs of harddrive space but on 2 gb of ram
