Uncloked Iphone? Wifi and Edge questions.

Ok i am planning to unlock an iphone in my country for more details ther eis a post about it here http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=453221

Well the main issue with the current software/tools etc like ziphone etc after unlocking a phone all features can be used to the max like you tube, safari etc. I know video calling is not cool in my country and is not working but what about the other features like google maps you tube safari etc. If they are different on edge explain or in wifi.

Using ziphone everything will be exactly the same as a regular pphone except you can use it with any gsm carrier. And edge will only make it a pain to use features that require internet acess, wifi is almost required.
