I've been looking around and I can't seem to find anything that is new. Did they ad new support for codecs or anything? As of now, Sony's site doesn't even list it as the latest one, but 2.10 instead.
Anyone else besides me install this thing?

Thanks for the tip, downloading now. I'll post if I see anything different.
EDIT: installed and don't notice anything different. Early reports are that it's just a few bug fixes and nothing more. I was hoping for maybe in game messaging and possibly even Home, but no dice. Maybe next time Sony??

Their last dev seed was all bug fixes, so I assume this is that seed.

Well Tekken Dark Resurrection also has an update too.
According to the infamous wikipedia it's bug fixes and stability with online games.

Also in Japan at least on March 18th there is a tekken DR dualshock 3 rumble update and some added online modes too.

So maybe something to do with tekken and other online games..
Haven't booted my ps3 until today :-) since brawl came out it's hard to play other games.

Apparently, you can now play PS2 titles that require a hard drive if your PS3 supports backward compatibility. The only one I can think of is Final Fantasy XI.

Yeah, I read that today too, but originally I had thought you were now going to be able to install PS2 games onto your hard drive and play them that way. That would be something...
