Im a recent convert to the mac world, from windows and i was wondering about these things:
1. when i click file --> save as in an app, a new window pops up saying which folder i want to save to....well i often press New folder, and often time, i change my mind and want to delete the folder...but i cant!i tried dragging the folder to the trash, but it doesnt work....this is kind of weird....i can do that in windows!...am i doing something wrong?i find it quite inefficient to have to open up finder to have to do that...
2. in windows, when im connected via wifi, i can click on the wifi connected icon and i can see how the connection is going...ie 54mbs data rate.....i cant do this in mac os x???
