I am having a problem with my Mighty Mouse (it came with our iMac in October of 07). I placed a call to Applecare and had it replaced but the new one is doing the same thing. I took the mouse into a local genius bar and they could not replicate the issue.

When I turn the side buttons on to expose it continually goes into expose. I use expose all the time so I really enjoy having it on the mouse. Any suggestions? And expose kicks in even if I barely touch the top of the mouse (leaving the sides untouched)

since it could not be replicated at the store.. is it possible you have another bluetooth device or some other device operating on the same frequency in your house that may be interfering?

I seem to remember a sensitivity setting for the side buttons in the keyboard and mouse control panel, I don't have a mighty mouse handy so i can't check.
