I've got an 8gb compact flash card, battery charger and the body.. I was thinking $350 plus shipping. What price point did you have in mind?

Do you already own a d70?

Does the D70 allow auto focus for all lenses? Or is it like the D40 that I currently own, and only works with specific AF-S lenses?

The d70 will focus all Nikon AF lenses. Only the d40, d40x, and d60 have a limitation.
