Everytime I restart my computer, my monitor looks like a bad cable signal. I constantly have to turn the monitor off and on for it to go away.
anyone else getting this?

sounds like a monitor problem. what makes you think that turning the monitor on and off, a separate piece of hardware has anything to do with the computer?

What's the monitor? If it's an Apple 30", is it the green/blue shimmering pixels issue? If so, check out this thread (http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=221104&tstart=195) - it's been going for 3 years now with 457 posts and still no solution. :(
