screen doesnt work!

hello guys my friend has an iphone 8gb. Now, his iphone's, one part of the screen horizontally not working, i restored it and opened again it is still not working. what do we suppose to do ?

Contact Apple as soon as possible.

Your best bet would be to bring it in to Apple and have them take a look at it, if you have done all the other troubleshooting tips and it is still there, then you might as well have Apple take a look at it, rather than risk more damage.
