FS: PM G5 Bluetooth module

I have this old bt module I picked up off ebay a few years ago for about $60. Any PM G5 users out still? make an offer and its yours. The pictures I attached are quite huge, click on them to see minute detail :)

Looks like it will fit many different iMac/eMac/PM G4's and some of the older PM G5's. Newer G5's started using the combined AE/BT module

from a newbie some questions please:

1. do you still have the module?

2. do you have the screws?

3. do you have the antenna?

4. how much? I am in the uk and have no idea how we could conclude the deal?
