Is there a decided advantage to using one over the other?
It is always nice to have a choice, but sometimes competing software leads to hastily put together code.
Can anyone explain the differences between the two?
I hesitate to ask for a recomendation, but if one is offered it would be welcomed.
Thanks

They are one in the same. They even collaborated on them . Read the site. They both work. I used Ziphone on mine and ijailbreak 0.6 on my wifes. Both work great.

They have some differences, such as mine adds AFC2 support, and if you have an iPod touch mine can add the App pack to it for free (The $20 January Software Upgrade) 🙂

(Mine is iJailBreak)

And, my wife got the apps. Thank you.

Thanks for the replies

I apreciate the replies. Good to know they both work well.

Tonight I will try the "ijailbreak 0.6".

Because I try the ZiPhone from a recently updated 1.1.4 iPOD Touch and nothing happends, in the process it get stuck and I have to Kill the process. (anyone knows something about this problem?).

I used ZiPhone 26.b, Go to advanced option and click on Fixed NVRAM then Click on Jailbrake by pressing the Itouch button. Works like a charm. took me 2 minutes.
