of an Epson R1800? all I get is information not available... I am running the latest drivers from epson and the printer is online and working

I wasn't aware there was a wireless option for the Epson unless it's plugged in via firewire to an Airport Base Station. However, I thought on mine it was just going to Epson Status Monitor when your printer was on and possibly while it was printing a job. When I plug my printer back in later I'll check it out.

it's connected via usb...

I have the same problem except that I'm connected through Firewire. I used the drivers provided by Epson but supply levels don't show.
It worked flawlessly when I had it on the PC. 🙄

I have an Epson printer and have found that the status monitor is not integrated into the OS X printer dialogs - you have to run the stand-alone program that Epson provides. Kinda hoakie, but it is what it is.
