My 4GB iPod Nano won't start anymore and iTunes does not pick it up. When I power it on it just displays a URL for the Apple iPod Support page but does nothing else. I tried connecting ti to iTunes to restore it but now iTunes cannot find it.

Any advice on what I can do?
 
It sounds like it is just out of power. You should just plug it into the wall and it will be fine in a few hours.
 
Yes I went to the support page and there is endless information there but as I do not know what the problem is - it is hard to find the solution. I also charged it up overnight but that did not help.

I guess I need to restore it somehow but how can I do this without iTunes (as iTunes cannot find it)?
