Ive tried goomba and ive read a million guides on how to use it but i still cant get it to work. can someone convert pokemon silver to gba format and put it up for download

You can't ask people to post illegally copied software on this forum, or pretty much any of the regular ones.

im not sure how to help you, but i just wanna note that it is not illegal to post "how" to convert those files over, it is only illegal to post where to get the files and links directly to the files. im sure you are using your own legal roms anyway, right ;)

What I am using is irrelevant because I didn't ask anyone to post them or where to find them.
