I want to exclusively use OpenDNS's servers and I can not find a way to do so. I have a MacBook and need to use DHCP, from which it receives its DNS servers and does not allow me to remove them through the network prefpane as it is greyed out. I have tried editing resolv.conf but it is rewritten when I move to a different network.

*BSD and Linux seem to solve this by a conf file that prepends specified DNS servers to the list but I can not find the equivalent in Leopard. Is there a way to do this, or otherwise use specified static DNS servers? I want to do this in particular with my home network, and my router does not allow me to specify DNS servers.
