Sorry if this has been discussed (I think it has but I could not find the answer anywhere), but if I am installing Windows using Boot Camp in a Mac Pro, does it matter which drive bay the hard drive is? I thought someone mentioned that it had to be bay 1 or 2. Is this true?

See, my set up is such that I have 2 x 500 GB drives in a RAID array and then a 320 GB drive for Windows (or will soon once I get them). So if I set the 2 500's in bays 1 and 2, the Windows drive would be in bay 3. Can that work? Or would it be bad to do a RAID setup with drives in bays 1 and 3 (does it matter on their actual placement?)

It can be any bay. I've had my Bootcamp drive in bay 3 and bay 4 before with no problems.
