ichat with gtalk? I can't seem to upgrade to it (tiger 10.4.11)

Hello,

I just checked out my cousins new computer and when I helped her set up her ichat, she had the option to add a google talk account.

I don't have that option and I can't seem to find any upgrade which will fix it.

What do I need to do to get the new ichat?

Can I get it on tiger?
 
Please don't bump your thread it's against forum rules.

I believe that only iChat in Leopard is compatible with GTalk.
