Good news: build with the fix passed QA testing. We will make it available today as hotfix update. So contact our support to get this build. Download link will also be provided here. Please comment whether this update works for you or not.

Can you let us know WHAT was causing the problem?
There was incompatibility between our hypervisor and Apple's power management driver. MacBook Air has quite strong power saving algorithms that led to kernel panic.

Fix for Macbook Air KP
Hello,
We have fixed KP on Macbook Air.
This is the direct link to the special 5592 build
http://download.parallels.com/v3/en/GA/Parallels Desktop 5592 Mac en.dmg
we recommend to use this build only on Macbook Air.

I gotta give props to Parallels for coming out with a fix specifically for MacBook Air owners. I've been using this version, and it's solved the issue many were getting with Kernel Panics, it's completely stable, and seems to run a little snappier.

Thanks for correcting it:)

Thank you guys for this info. Actualy I'm getting this panic error. I'll try this update.
 But, for a best WIndows performance, do you think it should be better to instal Wndows on a bootcamp and run it through Parallels, instead of creating a VM running Windows without bootcamp?
I do appreciate any hint...
