I have a jailbroken iPhone via ziPhone.

What is the procedure to drop AT&T and switch over to Verizon?

Specific questions...

1. What is the AT&T early termination fee? (Had contract since June '07)

2. Is it a simple matter of calling AT&T to cancel and VERIZON to
activate with the same phone number?

3. What kind of adjustments need to be made on the iPhone
in order to pick up VERIZON?

4. As far as Internet data is concerned, who will I getting that from?
Will I need to stay with AT&T for data and VERIZON for voice?

5. Should I be concerned with constantly updating the phone and
losing my jailbreak for long periods of time or do you suspect fixes
will be short?

Anything else I should be made aware of?

Thanks!

iPhone is not CDMA, and will not work on VZW's network so none of the other questions really matter unless you want a new phone. You're out of luck there.

Verizon is not GSM, therefore, it won't work with iPhone.

Yea, you're SOL as far as porting the phone...if you're dead set on switching to vzw you could always sell the iphone and buy an ipod touch instead.

I don't think we need anyone else to tell you it can't be done.
