External Monitor Help

Right guys.

I'm looking for an external monitor for my macbook. Due to space limitations I would also like this monitor to double as a display for my ps3 via hdmi. Is this plausible.

If so is anyone able to give me any potential monitors?

There are many monitors that have built in speakers and have DVI, VGA, Component, Composict, and HDMI or any combination of them. I sugget looking around TigerDirect.com to see what is out there and as a basis for what it should cost.
