Some (more) noob Leopard questions

So I finally got my MBP, looks nice, though there is an occasional popping sound from the left speaker, I think.

Anyways, I've started using 10.5.2 and there are a couple of issues (some of which I am sure have been made before):

* Finder.app -- what has become of the 'directory level' button in list view (the one that lets me move up in the path)?

* How can I reassign new keyboard shortcuts? In particular, the one for FrontRow is especially dangerous (command+power button).

So far (after 90 minutes' use) it looks OK.

I've found that Mathematica 6.0.1 (32bit front end & kernel) might be a bit shaky, and the Finder plugin has problems installing and Ukelele 1.82b didn't work properly.

I'm not sure what you mean by the Directory Level button, but Keyboard Shortcuts are located in System Preferences, under Keyboard & Mouse. The Front Row option is at the top of the list. :)

Front Row is "command-esc" the esc looks like a power button in Apple documentation and to go up one level in the Finder command click the folder name on the titlebar or add the path button by customising Finder's toolbar.
