I think the latest Airport update fixed my connection dropping

Apple released a time machine/airport update yesterday. Since then it hasn't dropped my Wifi connection to my 2WIRE access point once!

Has anyone had similar results?

I am pretty sure that the whole point of the update was to fix these issues, instead of everyone manually deleting plist files.

I am not going to comment as to the quality of my wireless connection, because every time I have, it has turned horrible.

That said, fingers crossed that the updates recently have addressed the issue.

Update hasn't fixed my wireless here. Constantly dropping and it gets very annoying. My pc desktop doesn't seem to have this problem. I can't stand AT&T U-verse and their 2WIRE routers! Whatever you do don't buy U-verse!

I had that exact problem until the update. although, i am using an imac
