Connect MAC to projector wirelessly?

I have a Dual 5.0 Mac in my home theater (basement) and I have a high definition projector mounted on the ceiling. I would like to send the video output of the Mac to the projector without using a cable.

Is this possible?
 
...depends on the vendor of the projector....panasonic for example has projectors with a wireless "interface" and they offer drivers for Mac and Windows....
