Can you get a replacement iPhone if it has the "negative black" issue?

Back to the original question. Apple store should replace it if you bring it in, apple is pretty good with Customer Satisfaction.

FYI: If there is anything wrong with an Apple product, please feel free to "take it back to Apple" (under warranty, of course).
