View Full Version : Does Apollo ever work?

it seems that everytime I try and use a Apollo I can
never log in. Everytime I try and log in I always get an error saying could not resolve host name. Any way to fix this or is there an AIM app that actually works?

I've seen similar questions regarding Apollo and have not heard of it working properly for anyone yet... :o :(

theres a "tweak" in the 1.1.3 folder that you need to apply. im on 1.1.4 and had the same problems as you but after i applied the fix, it worked fine. i dont remember the name of it but it cant be too hard to find.

AIM works for me without any tweaking, to get MSN (yes I know it's lame) working more info here

Download MobileChat... it's looks more iPhone-like and works well. If you have any problems, download the "IM Chat 1.1.3 Fix."

(The fix will work with 1.1.3/1.1.4)

IM Chat Fix will fix Apollo.

MobileChat is good, but it doesn't work on Edge.

I've had it work on Edge, it got hung up every 10 minutes maybe but it did work.

Apollo works for me. You need to go to Tweaks and download the IM Fix thingy.

this since to be working good for me (meebo)
Is there a way to get alert on the iphone or do u have to have the page open at all time? If u don't get alert meebo is useless.
