streaming videos of time capsule times out at times, yours?

i just noticed i tried watching a movie of my time capsule, its not even hd or anything its a lower end version to put in my ipod, and i noticed it lagged so far 2xs in the movie😡, anyone else having this issue?

for some reason i thought i read somewhere, that apples position was that the time-capsule wasn't meant stream videos of it.. true😕? how do i fix the performance? everything is connected through lan, no wireless .
