Endless Restore Loop

Hi.
Im done with jailbreaking.
It adds tremendous functionality to the device, but the iPod Touch isnt for me.

Im hoping to sell it, and want to see it fresh, unjailbroken, and on 1.1.4.


I recently used Ziphone as my last jailbreak, but when attempting to sync, iTunes would lock up, rendering the iPod unusable. So I decided to restore to 1.1.4.

This is where I encountered my problem. It will not restore. Ive done everything I know.
When attempting to restore, iTunes will sit there, stating, "Preparing iPod for Restore".


Does anybody know any solutions?

I've had that to, i restarted the computer and it worked i think.. But now the ipod touch isn't able to go in the DFU mode to downgrade it to 1.1.1 :(

heya, just search for AutoDown if u have a Windows..its easy to downggrade frm 1.1.4 to 1.1.1 with tht..

I don't have windows, something similar for mac? I also tried restoring ipod touch in DFU mode via ziphone, but that didn't work...
