buyersguide.macrumors.com is a much better resource if you have already narrowed the field and want to know when the time is right to buy.

I have no bias, of course... :)

I agree, the MacRumors one is a lot better in my opinion. It presents the important information clearly (when to buy). This other one is good if you are not up to date on each computer's hardware components.

The main reason I posted it was to let forum members know that the suggestion to actually "choose" a Mac as your preferred computer has moved into mainstream IT media as opposed to "should" you consider choosing a Mac? option. This is then followed by a proper evaluation of each model.
