TrueCrypts user manual states to run "TrueCrypt -h" to see the command line calls for TrueCrypt. How do I do this in Terminal?

/Applications/TrueCrypt.app -h

I tried that earlier and it says

-bash: /Applications/TrueCrypt.app: is a directory

Try "/Applications/TrueCrypt.app/Contents/MacOS/TrueCrypt -h"
