Migrate windows address book to mac

quick help would be greatly appreciated. I finally got my new blackbook. Its not yet hooked up to internet as i want to migrate everything i want from my windows computer to the new mac before i set up internet prefs.

The ONLY thing i can't figure out...is how can i get my contacts from windows address book onto address book on my new mac?

Get your address book contacts from your Windows PC in any of the formats shown in the picture:

And use the Mac's Address Book import feature.
