Just a follow up of an old thread.

The U.S. Supreme Court today refused to revive Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore’s legal effort to display the Ten Commandments in the state Judicial Building in Montgomery.

The high court’s refusal to hear the Moore v. Glassroth case means that the legal controversy is over and that Moore has lost his final appeal. The two-and-a-half-ton religious monument will not be returned to public display at the state courthouse.

It's the end of Moore's case, not the issue. He is going to try and move this in other states and force the SC to hear the case. I suppose he could also try to amend the constitution to declare the US a Judeo-Christian country. Right now, I will be glad of this victory for common sense and seperation of church and state.

Moore is planning to try to make this a show trial when he goes in front of the court for ignoring the high court's order. I'm guessing this ends in Moore becoming either govenor or junior senator from Alabama.
